The house is detached, of recent construction, with elements typical of the area, and a private garden.
PC with internet connection and electronic mail, fax service and ironing facilities are at the disposal of the guest.
On the second floor there is a small flat composed of three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one double bedroom, with an ample terrace and a bathroom. The rooms are furnished in a modern style.It is possible to have breakfast on the covered veranda or in the kitchen, with a choice of typical Italian or traditional Sardinian breakfast.
Families with children are welcome.

4-wheel drive vehicles are available for rental for trips to the sea or for excursions in the area. Loceri is approx. 130 km from Cagliari, approx. 190 km from Olbia and 15 km from Arbatax, and can be reached by public transport (ARST). The bus stop is ten metres from the house.

The Bed and Breakfast Vacanze a Loceri will welcome you in a pleasant and relaxing environment. The B&B is composed of four rooms pleasantly furnished in a rustic style. There are two beds in each room, accommodating up to eight people. The B&B includes two small detached houses: one located in the historical centre of Loceri, a small, picturesque village of Ogliastra, the other on the enchanting beach of Cea.

Each house has two bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen with an adjacent small dining room, living room, fireplace, veranda and garden.

A typical Sardinian breakfast, featuring traditional local products, is provided.

The B&B offers Internet access, fax and telephone. There is also the possibility of the use of a car (Fiat Panda) for excursions.

Loceri is located in Ogliastra, the richest and most characteristic area in Sardinia in terms of attractions. The village is in an ideal position, a short distance from both sea and the mountains.

How to reach Loceri: by plane to Tortolì airport; by train to Arbatax station; by car via State road 125 and 131 (from the Nuoro-Lanusei crossroad); by ferry to the port of Arbatax.

Distance: from Cagliari 135 km, from Olbia 193 km and from Arbatax 23 km.
